Got to beach early, on strength of previous nights forecast, and forecast was WRONG !!

Looked like migth have some wind later so time to kill ... pulled out the Fanatic Fly 10'0, stuck a leash on it, and grabbed a paddle ... and went and played in the anklebiters

Had quite a laugh as it happened, though did find the paddle more of a hindrance than a help and eventually parked the paddle up next to my flip flops on the beach and used the Fly as a surfboard .... caught more waves this way, and rode them to the beach stood up looking like I was proper surfing ;-)

Canned it after 90 mins and packed up just in time to be joined by Paul and make a visit to the cafe for brekkie
